Lakeland Union High School is an ethnically-diverse high school with exceptional physical facilities and talented staff, located in Minocqua, in the heart of Wisconsin's Northwoods. The LUHS district is the largest geographical school district in the state of Wisconsin, encompassing over 800 square miles. It is a 9-12 district with an enrollment of over 700 students. The district is supported by four independent elementary districts. The district area comprises of 12 townships and covers parts of Vilas and Oneida counties and the reservations of the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians.
