Supper Clubs
Wisconsin and supper clubs go hand in hand, like Friday nights and a great fish fry (which you can find at any one of our area supper clubs). Most supper clubs began as a place for workers to wind down after a long week, and the tradition has continued for decades, with a majority of supper clubs still under the same name or same family ownership. The owners know their customers by name and welcome unfamiliar faces with open arms.
In addition to the standard Friday Fish Fry and Saturday Prime Rib, you’ll find other staples throughout most supper clubs, such as relish trays, Brandy Old-Fashioned drinks and cheese plates.
