Groups can contact the bureau to have their event displayed
MINOCQUA, Wis. (January 25, 2024) – The Let’s Minocqua Visitors Bureau is taking a new step in helping promote area events with a new electronic reader board display installed today.
The nearly 10-foot-tall “monument,” as it’s called, was designed by Graphic House of Wausau and features the Let’s Minocqua logo as well as backlit tree silhouettes below a large, four by seven-foot LED sign that features local non-profit events on a rotating schedule. Thanks to the new sign, the bureau will no longer need to display banners to promote area happenings.
“The sign gives a really clean, elevated look as you come into town,” said Krystal Westfahl, President & CEO of the Let’s Minocqua Visitors Bureau. “It gives us the opportunity to spread the word about so many more events to locals and visitors making their way into the area, which helps our community grow and thrive.”
Groups who would like their visitor-attracting event promoted on the new reader board should contact the Let’s Minocqua Visitors Bureau with details at macc@minocqua.org or by calling (715) 356-5266.
