This rink is located in popular Torpy Park. It is lighted at night and has a picturesque view of Lake Minocqua while you are skating. There is ample parking and it is right in the heart of downtown so you can fuel back up at a great downtown restaurant after you skate.
Brandy Park Skate Park:
Brandy Park is a year-round popular recreational park with disc golf, baseball fields, a basketball court, a swimming beach, and a playground. In the winter, the skate park becomes a lighted ice skating rink. You can often find kids playing a pickup game of hockey.
Minocqua Winter Park:
The Chip Wulff Memorial Skating Pond at Minocqua Winter Park offers a quaint and unique way to ice skate. Skate around the cattail island on the Storybook Skate trail. Bring your own skates or borrow some from the park. Donations are appreciated in order to keep the skating pond open for all to enjoy free of charge!
Lakeland Hawks Ice Arena:
Winter doesn't always cooperate. So if that's the case, why not skate indoors? Head to the Lakeland Hawks Ice Arena on Old Hwy 51. Check out their website for public skate times and rental options.
