Official Dock & Dine Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

The Dock & Dine Giveaway is sponsored by the Greater Minocqua Area Visitors Bureau (GMAVB).

2. Eligibility

• Open to U.S. residents age 21 or older.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

• Giveaway begins on June 1st, 2026, at 8:00 AM CST.
• Giveaway ends on June 30th, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, individuals must subscribe to the Greater Minocqua Area Visitors Bureau email newsletter via the official giveaway landing page.
• Limit one (1) entry per email address.
• Existing subscribers may enter by completing the official giveaway form.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

• One boat rental provided by Your Boat Club (specific rental terms, dates, and availability subject to provider policies).
• $150 total in gift cards to participating lakeside restaurants (restaurants selected by GMAVB).

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Travel to and from Minocqua is not included.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
• Winner will be notified via email.
• If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Conditions

• Boat rental dates subject to availability and seasonal restrictions.
• Winner must comply with all rental agreements and safety requirements set by Your Boat Club.
• Any additional expenses not specified (fuel, gratuities, lodging, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Email Communications

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from the Greater Minocqua Area Visitors Bureau and Your Boat Club. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow GMAVB to use their name, likeness, and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

GMAVB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if necessary due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
